After few of my serious posts I promised one of my blogger friends to give a laughter dosage on my blog.
To laugh is an easier job than to make somebody laugh.
Ok… Friends let me try out. I shall start off with this one.
The boss of a big company needed to call one of his employees about an urgent problem with one of the main computers. He dialed the employee’s home phone number and was greeted with a child’s whispered, “Hello?” Feeling put out at the inconvenience of having to talk to a youngster the boss asked,
“Is your Daddy home?” Yes,” whispered the small voice.
” May I talk with him?” the man asked.
To the surprise of the boss, the small voice whispered, “No.”
Wanting to talk with an adult, the boss asked, “Is you’re Mommy there?” Yes”, came the answer.
” May I talk with her?” Again the small voice whispered, “No”.
Knowing that it was not likely that a young child would be left home alone, The boss decided he would just leave a message with the person who should be there watching over the child.
“Is there anyone there besides you?” the boss asked the child?” Yes” whispered the child,” A policeman.” Wondering what a cop would be doing at his employee’s home, the boss asked,” May I speak with the policeman?” No, he’s busy,” whispered the child.” Busy doing what?” asked the boss.
Talking to Daddy and Mommy and the fireman,” came the whispered answer. Growing concerned and even worried as he heard what sounded like helicopter through the ear piece on the phone the boss asked,” What is that noise?” A hello-copper,” answered the whispering voice.” What is going on there?” asked the boss, now alarmed. In an awed whispering voice the child answered,”
The search team just landed the hello-copper.” Alarmed, concerned and more than just a little frustrated, the boss asked,” Why are they there?” Still whispering, the young voice replied along with a muffled giggle,
” They’re looking for me.”*********
……….Joke is over. (Waiting for laughs).No laughs. Not even smiles. Ooh!! I knew it .I don’t have the art… Ok let me give another try.
A man joined a big Multi National Company as a trainee.
On his first day, he dialed the kitchen and shouted into the phone: “Get me a cup of coffee, quickly!”
The voice from the other side responded: “You fool; you’ve dialed the wrong extension! Do you know who you’re talking to?”
“No” replied the trainee.
“It’s the Managing Director of the company, “you idiot!”
The trainee shouted back: “And do you know who YOU are talking to, you IDIOT?”
“No!” replied the Managing Director angrily.
“Thank God!” replied the trainee and put down the phone.
Looks like it was a super PJ…….
Hold your breaths. Bear me for one last time…
Collecting all my energy, putting in all my efforts and here it goes…..
Yesterday I laughed on myself when instead of putting my wallet in my hand purse I tried putting my sandal inside and kept my wallet on the floor to wear it.
Today I laughed when I saw my husband applying the room freshener on himself instead of the Deo spray (since both of them were kept near to each other).
Again I found a reason to laugh when I visited one of my bachelor friend’s room and found three pair of socks spread there .asking him he said he is using them to keep away mosquitoes and flies (he is saving money as he don’t need to buy ALLOUT) uugghhh….the socks were not washed from past two months …
It was impossible to stay there….
AAh!! Enough ho gaya ji….I have surrendered as well as understood that to make people laugh is not my cup of tea..
God has not bestowed me with this art.
I am sorry friends for such a boring post .I promise that I will not try to do this again..
Anyways can’t we laugh without any jokes, can’t we become a child for a few moments who laughs without any reason…
